Wed, Sept 15th, 6:30 – 9 pm: New Haven Land Trust’s intention to honor Sunlight Solar at Celebration of Long Wharf Preserve Event

Sunlight Solar is a wonderful steward of the environment, and we are proud to be able to honor them with our 2010 Environmental Business Award. In addition, at the event, we will be honoring long-time volunteers David Reher and Kris Sainsbury for their help in growing environmental understanding and preservation in the New Haven area. The event will feature a dinner and wine/beer.
Before the event, we will also be leading complimentary tours of Long Wharf Nature Preserve at 5:30 pm to showcase what makes the preserve ecologically special. Tours will begin at the entrance on Sargent Drive by the Vietnam Memorial. Parking is available along Sargent Drive.
