On December 21, 2009, the 31.46-kW PV system was commissioned atop SEKO Worldwide in Portland. Paul Burkhart, owner of SEKO Worldwide in Portland, says that with the Energy Trust of Oregon cash incentive and the state and federal tax credits he’ll receive for the system, “It was a no brainer. It just made good business sense.” Sunlight Solar installed the solar electric system consisting of 134 220-watt panels from Eugene, OR-based Grape Solar and 1 30-kW inverter from Bend, OR-based PV Powered.
