Step 1

Estimate

We consider your average monthly utility usage and use satellite imagery of your roof to determine your ideal system size. From there, we provide a basic quote that includes what you can save with local incentives.

Step 2

Site Assessment

Get the most accurate proposal with a complimentary visit from one of our system designers. We’re happy to stop by and take a look at your property in-person so we can design a system that will work best for you.

Step 3

Design

Our engineers design a custom system to meet your specific energy needs. Once we receive the go ahead with your project, you’ll received a welcome package with detailed information on the process and what to expect. Simultaneously, your information is sent to our design department to start the technical drawings.

Step 4

Permit

We apply for all necessary permits with your utility and jurisdiction. When the structural and electrical plans are complete, we work with local jurisdiction and utility companies to get the necessary paperwork and permits for your project.

Step 5

Install

Our trained crew begins installing your system. When the permits are granted, our construction coordinator will reach out a schedule a time for the installers to come out to install the racking system and set the modules.

Step 6

Inspect

Local jurisdiction inspects our installation to make sure it’s up to code. When the installation is complete, we coordinate a time with local jurisdiction to come out and inspect the system.

Step 7

Interconnect

The utility company replaces the meter in your home with a new net meter. After the solar PV system passes the inspection, the utility is then notified. In a few days, they will go out to your property and install a net meter that connects the solar system to the grid.
