Our New Haven, Connecticut office is currently hiring for the following opportunities.

Administrative Sales Assistant

This associate will act as the first point of contact for all inquiries.

Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
Effective organizational and time management skills
Detail Oriented with the ability to multi-task

Educating homeowners on the basics of solar
Scheduling appointments
Tracking leads, sales, and statistics in CRM program
Managing service tickets
Providing administrative and sales support

Assisting at marketing events as needed.

The ideal candidate has an excellent attitude and communication skills. This is not an entry-level position- some administrative/office experience is a must. Experience in the solar industry is a plus but not required. Compensation is commensurate with experience.


E-2 Licensed Journeyman Electrician

We are seeking a full-time journeyman electrician. MUST be licensed in the state of Connecticut.  Solar experience is preferred. Must have valid drivers’ license and basic hand tools. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
