Unirac
Our most commonly used racking system is Unirac. Unirac offers two types of roof mounting systems: SolarMount and SunFrame. SolarMount is a more traditional racking style in which the panels are held down by clips on the edges of the panels that are anchored into the rails below. This style of racking leaves a one inch gap between the panels. It does allow you to cantilever your array over the edge of the roof if you need more space.
SunFrame (pictured on the left) leaves no gaps between panels. The panels are anchored into the rails below by a “capstrip” that is attached to the edge of each panel. The result is beautiful sleek array with no gaps between panels.
