Position: SALES AND SYSTEM DESIGN – RESIDENTIAL TECHNICAL
Job Description:
- Perform on-site evaluations (this includes safely climbing on the roof)
- Meet and explain solar electricity to customers in home and over the phone.
- Finalize quotations, present to customers and follow-up with customers
- Work with other sales staff to generate new leads.
Qualifications: Strong MS Excel knowledge, attention to detail, very well-organized, a clean and professional appearance. Excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work well with people. Must be comfortable using ladders and safety equipment on roofs. Knowledge of building construction and electrical systems helpful.

Position: Office Coordinator
Office Coordinator is responsible for maintaining basic daily office operations (a sample of duties are listed below). Working with Director of Operations and Bookkeeper to manage branch’s accounts receivable and accounts payable. Answering phone calls, pre-qualifying warm leads, and scheduling and confirming solar site evaluations. Assembling and distributing solar system owner’s manuals to existing customers. This position requires customer communications and, thus, a positive, flexible, and customer-oriented demeanor.
