Marissa White – Administrative Assistant
Marissa White began work at Sunlight Solar in July 2011. She graduated with a B.A. in English from the University of Oregon. Shortly after her graduation, she applied for and was accepted to Americorps NCCC, a government-funded program committed to providing support to disaster survivors, the environment, and society through work with non-profit organizations. Two of Marissa’s most memorable experiences include working with survivors of Hurricane Katrina 5 years after the storm, and helping to stage and coordinate The Marion Institute’s environmentally-aimed “Connecting for Change: A Bioneers by the Bay” Conference in Massachusetts.
